River were engaged by Apple on a exclusive basis to fill a niche position that they had been unable to fill directly after several months. The role was challenging, firstly because Apple only hire world class talent and secondly the role required a very specific skillset within the Telecom marketspace.

River were able to research and identify a target list of 86 potential candidates who were all approached. River were able to speak with 40 candidates and through extensive qualification and discounting of unsuitable candidates were able to present a short list of 3 candidates to Apple.

Apple interviewed 2 candidates and ultimately made and offer and successfully hired 1 of them. From initial engagement, through to the candidate signing and resigning the entire process took 6 weeks.

As a result of the successful placement River were engaged by Apple on 2 more roles with different teams within the firm as a result of internal recommendations.
