Leadership Team build – Wealth Asset Management

 

A Leading Digital transformation needed to provide the next level or Leadership for the Wealth and Asset Management practice. The Practice was very bottom heavy and there was a lot of Consultants to Senior Managers. They wanted to hire Three Directors to help them grow out the team which River filled.

Actions: 

River longlisted circa 200 profiles, engaged with 70 . Through very detailed interviews and conversations we presented 10 candidates. A Leading Digital transformation River was asked Provide the next level or Leadership for the Wealth and Asset Management practice. The Practice was very bottom heavy and there was a lot of Consultants to Senior Managers. They wanted to hire Three Directors to help them grow out the team which River filled.

Outcome:

One successful Candidate was hired as a Partner and then two candidates were hired as Managing Principals.
