River has a proud long-standing formal relationship with the City of London Schools Academy Trust. Specifically, we coach and mentor kids who have been expelled from the most challenging London schools. Our founder Jamie Stokes is a Vice Chair of the City of London Academy Apprenticeship Scheme.

This relationship is rooted in our shared mission to provide opportunities and guidance to students facing significant challenges in their educational journeys.

One of our key initiatives involves coaching and mentoring children who have been excluded from some of the most challenging schools in London. Our dedicated team works closely with these students, helping them rebuild confidence, develop essential skills, and envision a brighter future despite the obstacles they have faced.

Our founder, Jamie Stokes, plays a pivotal role in this endeavour. As the Vice Chair of the City of London Academy Apprenticeship Scheme, Jamie brings a wealth of experience and a passionate commitment to empowering young people. Through this role, he helps shape programmes that provide practical pathways for students to gain valuable workplace skills, access career opportunities, and achieve personal success.
